This project is one near and dear to our hearts for a number of reasons. Not only was it about the construction of a forever family home and income for the Lenihan family, it became a mission to project manage and deliver ahead of schedule as difficult times struck their family.
We worked hard to price and deliver a beautiful home with quality finishes on budget. Using clever materials and savings in some areas, meant that we could deliver designer features like pitched ceilings, a high ceiling stud, oversized doors and brick features that really made the house a home.
